Belgian born Master Chef Daniel Joly graduated from the Culinary Institute of Brussels in 1986. He trained at the best tables of renowned Belgian restaurants, such as Comme Chef Soi and Barbizon. Today, he is owner/chef at Mirabelle Restaurant in Beaver Crook, Colorado where he and staff prepare the Valley's most innovative and popular cuisine.
