Local resident, historian, and all-around dedicated long-time Minturn citizen, Bill Burnett is the author of a local history, “Minturn, A Memoir.” An almost 10-year endeavor, “Minturn, A Memoir” takes a personal and charming look back at our community, the homes in the Minturn, the people in the community, and the ways Minturn has changed over the years.
