We're located in the Riverwalk Ruby Building of Edwards. The Ruby Building is at the east end of the development. It's a tan building with brown trim. We're behind the restaurant/bar E-Town. We're roughly 15-20 minutes from Vail, 8 minutes from Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch village, 10-15 minutes from Cordillera, and a stone's throw from Arrowhead. For directions, plug our address into MapQuest.

For Self-Published Authors
For emerging authors hoping to get their books in the store, please read the following guidelines regarding our policies.
1. Please make an appointment in advance. We would like to speak with you regarding your work and the best way to market it, however, because we are in a retail environment appointments MUST be made in advance. We will be unable to speak with you without an appointment.
2. Please provide us with publishing info, pricing, contact information, and a synopsis of the book. We would like to keep this for our records. Items that would also be helpful are: lists of other retailers stocking the title, advertising/marketing undertaken by the author, events scheduled.
3. Author events are established once the book has proven to be a seller.
4. Please also review our consignment policy below prior to meeting.
Consignment policy
* Self-published books are taken on a consignment basis only until a proven sales record is established.
* Wholesale and retail costs of the book will be established upon acceptance of the book. Typical mark-up from wholesale is 40 percent.
* The Bookworm will stock the title for six months, reordering when necessary.
* If the book sells within the allotted six-month time period, payment will be made the sale of the copy.
* If the title does not sell, it will be returned to the author via USPS at an address furnished by the author. If an alternative method of shipping is desired, the cost will be incurred by the author. Books may also be picked up in person.
